The manufacturing of steel construction projects in the field of building supervision requires compliance with technical standards that are valid throughout Europe. **DIN EN 1090 – Standards for Steel Construction Production**

Specialist companies must comply with technical standards valid throughout Europe when manufacturing steel construction projects in the field of building supervision. Contracts for metal structures, such as welded steel structures, may only be awarded to specialist companies that meet the normative requirements and have been tested and certified by a recognized body. Axzion meets these requirements and is certified for class EXC 3, which applies to structures with a high damage consequence class.

**Quality Management and Certifications**

Axzion has manufacturer qualifications for welding according to DIN EN ISO 3834-2 and manufacturer certification according to DIN EN 1090-1, including factory production control for load-bearing components up to EXC 3 according to DIN EN 1090-2, as well as quality management systems according to DIN EN ISO 9001. Compliance with these standards is regularly confirmed by DVS ZERT.

**Manufacturing Support by Experienced Welding Engineers**

Our welding engineers check the designs for weldability and specify the welding procedures and sequences in a WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) according to DIN EN ISO 15609-1. These specifications serve as a guide on how to execute the weld and the settings to be made on the welding equipment. All welders at Axzion have valid certifications according to DIN EN ISO 9606-1 and receive continuous training.

**Modern Manufacturing Machines for Optimal Results**

Axzion has modern processing machines that enable perfect quality at competitive prices. CNC-controlled flame or plasma cutting machines, large boring mills, and portal milling machines guarantee high manufacturing quality. Spare parts can be reproduced and shipped at short notice, making adjustments to the load handling equipment generally unnecessary.

**Efficiency and Flexibility in Manufacturing**

For cutting and processing beams, we have a CNC-controlled sawing and drilling machine that automatically cuts and drills steel profiles. Welding assemblies are produced on our large CLOOS welding robot and the FANUC gantry robot with eight controlled axes. Our own production facility in the Czech Republic enables the cost-effective production of labor-intensive assemblies. The high manufacturing capacity and spacious production halls with many overhead and slewing cranes ensure optimal line production.
